Objective:Through investigation and research team of rural doctors of Moyu county and Qinghe County of Xinjiang, understand the situation of Xinjiang agricultural and pastoral areas of the building of rural doctors, to tease out the main problems of Moyu county and Qinggil County Rural Doctors in the construction team, summed up the medical team construction countermeasures in Moyu County and Qinggil County rural. Methods:Using the method of quantitative and qualitative research conducted a questionnaire survey and on-site interviews, using descriptive analysis separately on the 2011-2013 year Xinjiang jade, Qinggil county all village doctors were investigated, and the use of Wilcoxon rank sum test, cluster analysis and Logistic factor affecting the team building of rural doctors satisfaction regression analysis. Results:(1) The effect of training satisfaction, then selected national, educational level, age of three influence factors Logistic regression:Uygur on training effect is not satisfactory degree is Han low (OR=0.51,P<0.05), the 35-60 age group of rural doctors and the reference group (20-35) compared to the training effect, not satisfied with a high degree of (OR=2.94, P< 0.05); college degree and the reference group (school and below) compared to the training effect is not satisfactory, a high degree of (OR=0.77, P<0.05). (2) In the work of salary satisfaction, analysis showed that gender, education level, the preparation of three types of influencing factors Logistic regression; women of the salary level of dissatisfaction are lower than that of males (OR=0.49, P<0.05); Bachelor degree or above with a reference group (school and below) compared to the salary level, not satisfied with the a high degree of (OR=0.43, P<0.05); staff on levels of pay is not the level of satisfaction is Institute of health personnel dispatched to the low (OR=3.17, P<0.05). Conclusion:The main factors affecting the satisfaction of rural doctors in the construction of human resource, is the language restrictions and policy support. Therefore, first of all should increase financial investment dynamics, formulate reasonable village doctors salary standard, secondly to encourage rural doctors communicate with Chinese, so that to enhance the training effect. Finally, the government departments should do a good job of macroeconomic regulation and control, to increase the building of rural doctors to support efforts, the building of rural doctors guarantee perfect gradually, make it go a long self...
