Method: 1. Targeting with the color value in pigment, to choose the best extration technology of Morus nigra Linn in Xinjiang through single factor and orthogonal experimnt. 2. To analyse the total content differences of flavonoids, polysaccharide, polyphenoi and triterpene in Morus nigra Linn which are from 10 different areas through ultraviolet and visible spectrophotomety. 3. To measure and compare the contents of cyanidin-3-oxygen-glucoside, rutin and linarin in those pure red pigments which are from 10 different areas by high performance liquid chromatography. 4. To research the different influences on the stability of Morus nigra Linn’s red pigment from different environments with the index of pigment’s color value, besides, to measure the hygroscopicity of pure red pigment according to the pharmacopeia. 5. To make medicated soap and lipstick wi-th the pure red pigment which is come from Morus nigra Linn. Results: 1. To optimize the extraction of pigment from Morus nigra Linn in a better condition, it used the ethanol with a concentration of 60% and the ratio of soild to liquid is 1:20 to extract the pigment in the temperature of 25℃ and PH value of 6 for 6 hours. 2. The total components of Morus nigra Linn from 10 different places are as follow, the component of total polysaccharide is from the highest number of 515.91mg·g-1in Yili Gongliu county to the lowest number of 287.23mg·g-1in Turpan,the components of total flavonoid is from the highest number of 284.17mg·g-1 in Turoan to the lowest number of 73.33mg·g-1 in Korla LAN Gan village, the components of total polyphenol is from the highest number of 64.53mg·g-1 in Turpan to the lowest number of 23.18mg·g-1 in Yili Gongliu cunty and the component of total triterpene is from the highest number of 95.89 mg·g-1 in Turpan to the lowe-st number of 13.31mg·g-1 in Hami. 3. The three kinds of chemical components f-rom 10 diferent places are as follow, the component of linarin is from a high number of 11.00mg?g-1in Turpan to a low number of 2.80mg·g-1in Korla LAN Ga-n village, the component of rutin is from a high number of 9.66mg·g-1in Turpan to the low number of 2.46mg·g-1in Korla LAN Gan village and the cyanidin-3-o-xygen-glucoside is from a high number of 6.98mg·g-1in Turpan to the low num-ber of 1.88mg·g-1 in Korla LAN Gan village 4. The factors like light and cryopr-eservation have low influence on the stability of red pigment, when the PH value is from 2 to 6 there is a stable change in the color of red pigment. While when the PH value is higher than 8, there is a higher influence on its stability. Besides,there are also 6 kinds of metal irons have influences on it, the sequence from higer to lower are magnesium ion, potassium ion, aluminium ion, calcium ion, sodium ion and zinc ion. In addition, temperature also has an influence on the red pigment stability, when the temperature is lower than 80℃, the influence is lower and vice versa. And the low concertration of reductant has a low influence on the sta-bility but when the concertration reaches 1.2.% the influence is going to increase.Among with all of that oxidant has an significient influence on the stablity of red pigment, with the increasing addition of oxidant the color value is changed contin-uously. The red pigment from Morus nigra Linn has a strong hygroscopicity. 5. T-he lipstick which is made from the pigment has a pasty shape and homogeneous light color with no peculiar smell, and threr is no residue after smear it over the s-kin. Furthermore, after put the lipstick under the different temperarure like 45℃ a-nd even in minus 5℃ to 10℃ it is still avaliable. The medical soap can use to wash hands and there is no discomfort feeling. Conclusion: The technology of extr--action is reasonable and achievable, with a high extraction efficiency, low stable costand great reproducibility, therefore it is suitable for extensive production. As far as the components are concerned, the Morus nigra Linn in Yili Gongliu county h-as the highesttotal polysaccharide while the Morus nigra Linn grows in Turpan ha-s the highest total flavonoids, total polyphenol, total triterpenes and cyanidin-3-ox-ygen-glucoside, rutin, linarin. After research we can conclude that the factors like light, cryopreservation, the PH value between 2 to 6, the temperature between 25 t-o 60℃ and the reductant in a low concertration have low influences on the stabil-ity of red pigment, while higher PH value and temperature, metal ions, hige concertration reductant and oxisant have high influences on its stability. Meanwhile, the red pigment in Morus nigra Linn has a high hygroscopicity.
