The Curative Effect Observation Of The Adding Or Subtracting Dissolved Medicines To Warm Lung And Stop Aporrhinosis To Treat Type Of Lung-Gas Emptiness Allergic Rhinitis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of adding or subtracting dissolved medicines to warm lung and stop aporrhinosis in acute type of lung-gas emptiness allergic rhinitis.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria of both Chinese medicine and Western medicine,we enrolled 64 qualified patients who accepted the therapy at the First Hospital Attached to Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from January to December in 2014.By taking the unblind,random,matched and parallel trial,the patients was taken into the observation group and the check group,32 cases respectively.The observation group took the adding or subtracting dissolved medicines to warm lung and stop aporrhinosis by oral medication,and the check group took the yipihistine hydrochloride by oral medication.Both groups observed at the same time, a course was 7-day,they all observated thress courses.Then investigator recorded the two groups’ recent clinical effects of thress courses separately.Results:1.The significant efficiency of the observation group was 81.2%,and the total efficiency was 93.8%.While the significant efficiency of the check group was 68.8%,and the total efficiency was 87.5%.After Ridit analysis,comprehensive evaluation of therapeutic effect of two groups was well matched in curative effect(U=0.893,p>0.05).2.By t-test,the main symptoms and signs of the two groups showed significant difference after curing(P<0.05),inspection results suggestde that two methods of treating allergic rhinitis(type of lung-gas emptiness)all had curative effect.For the treatment of disease,observation group integralled significant difference before and after treatment(p<0.05),while the part of the curative effect of the check group was no significant difference(p>0.05).In improving the patient’s disease condition,the observation group curative effect was better.3.By t-test, after the contrast between the one group, the observation group in the treatment of prone to colds disease on curative effect is better than the control group(p<0.05);the symptoms of congestion and shortness of breath lazy speech in the observation group has the better curative effect after three treatments(p<0.01).Conclusion:The adding or subtracting dissolved medicines to warm lung and stop aporrhinosis is well matched with yipihistine hydrochloride in the result. However,the observation group total effective rate(93.8%)is higher than the control group;the significant efficiency is more than 12.5%.The adding or subtracting dissolved medicines to warm lung and stop aporrhinosis can quickly improve the main symptoms and signs of patients with allergic rhinitis. Especially,after treatment of 21 days, in the treatment of nasal congestion significantly,the curative effect of observation group is superior to that of check group.The adding or subtracting dissolved medicines to warm lung and stop aporrhinosis in the treatment of patients with disease has curative effect. To improve on the part of pd,curative effect is better(p<0.05).
