| ObjectiveThis study focuses on the improvement of clinical patients with primary hypertension with insomnia sleep quality as the focus, to explore evodia rutaecarpa acupoint sticking, open doors composite technique in improving sleep quality of patients with essential hypertension (eh) clinical application effects of the difference, to provide reference for clinical related nursing measures.MethodsThis study selected between January 2014 and March 2014 in Harbin, a third rate of hospital cardiovascular diseases in the hospital and 120 cases diagnosed as primary hypertension with insomnia patients as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and experiment I group, â…¡ â…¢ group and test group of four groups,30 cases in each group. Control group given conventional treatment and care, under the premise, test I group was given evodia rutaecarpa acupoint sticking, test â…¡ group was given open doors composite technique, the experimental III group was given acupoint sticking combined composite door open. After different intervention, the evaluation index of patients’blood pressure, sleep condition and satisfaction on nursing service. All the data entry of SPSS 17.0 statistical analysis software, using statistical description of mean, standard deviation, variance analysis, t test, c2 test for statistical inference. With P< 0.05 for the difference is statistically significant.Results1. Before the test, four groups of patients in general information, blood pressure, sleep index score and each dimension score comparison, there were no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05);2. Before and after the test, four groups of patients with blood pressure within the group of comparison, the difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05); Control patients sleep index score and each dimension score comparison, index score of sleep, sleep time, sleep time, sleep medication, daytime dysfunction, statistically significant difference (P< 0.05); Test III I II, test group and test group patients sleep index score and each dimension score comparison, the difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05);3. After test, the comparison between four groups of patients with blood pressure groups, the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05);â… after multiple comparison, control group and test group and test â…¡ group, test â…¢ systolic blood pressure, statistically significant difference (P<0.05); Control group and experimental group â…¢, test â…¡ â…¢ â… group and test group and test group compared with diastolic pressure test â…¢ group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05); The control group and experimental group â…¡ â…¢ group, experiment, test â…¢ â… group and test group, test group â…¡ compared with pulse pressure difference test â…¢ group, statistically significant difference (P< 0.05);4. After the test, in sleep index score comparison, comparison between the four groups of patients in groups, the difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05); After multiple comparison, in addition to the test group â… â…¡ group compared with the experiment, and there was no statistically significant difference, the rest of the group, the difference had statistical significance (P< 0.05); Each dimension score cases, in addition to sleep time, daytime dysfunction comparison between groups, there was no statistically significant difference, the rest all dimensions were statistically significant (P< 0.05); After multiple comparison, sleep quality, in addition to the test group â… â…¡ group compared with the experiment, and there was no statistically significant difference, between the groups were statistically significant (P< 0.05); Sleep time, only the control group and experimental â…¢ â…¢ â… , test group and test group with statistical significance (P< 0.05); Sleep efficiency, control group and experimental â…¢ â… , test group and test â…¢ â…¢ â…¡, test group and test group with statistical significance (P< 0.05); Sleep disorders, in the control group and experimental â…¢ â…¢ â… , test group and test group, experiment â…¡ group and â…¢ statistically significant (P< 0.05); The hypnotic drug, the control group and the rest of the group have statistical significance (P< 0.05);5. After the test, four groups of patients in every dimension of nursing service satisfaction scores and comparison, nursing, nursing communication scores and nursing job satisfaction score, statistically significant difference (P< 0.05); After multiple comparison, nursing system, in addition to test â…¡ â… group and test group there was no statistically significant difference comparison, between groups have statistical significance (P< 0.05); Nursing in the communication, in addition to test â…¢ â… group and test group and test â…¡ â…¢ group there was no statistically significant difference compared with the experiment, the rest of the each group had statistical significance (P< 0.05); Nursing service satisfaction score, in addition to the test group I II group there was no statistically significant difference compared with experiment, comparison between groups have statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion1. On the basis of conventional nursing, pure evodia rutaecarpa acupoint sticking composite technique, open doors or both combined intervention of blood pressure in patients with primary hypertension with insomnia and have the ability to improve sleep quality;2. Simple acupoint sticking and open doors of blood pressure in patients with hypertension associated with insomnia and improvement in sleep quality effect;3. Joint open doors of acupoint sticking composite technique to improve blood pressure in patients with primary hypertension with insomnia and sleep quality is better than the effect of simple acupoint sticking and the technique of composite door open;4. High blood pressure patients with insomnia with blood pressure, sleep quality improvement can effectively improve the nursing service satisfaction. |
