Objective 1. To investigate the cervical cancer related knowledge and health behavior among community married women in X district, and to explore the effects of health education in the different ways. 2. To understand rate of wedding premarital screening and the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer related knowledge, attitude, practice and its influence factors.Methods 1. 610 community married women and register newlywed wife 326 cases, a total of 936 married women were selected in X district by multi-stage cluster sampling method. To survey the cervical cancer and HPV related knowledge and health behavior data of cervical cancer prevention by self-made questionnaire. 2. The 610 case community married women were randomly divided into control group(278 case) and intervention group 1(332 case), young married women as intervention group 2(326 case), Intervention group 1 using traditional way of health education and intervention group 2 used in a network of health education. After 3 months time intervention, compare the score of cervical cancer and HPV related knowledge and cervical cancer prevention health behavior in different groups before and after the intervention. 3. Comparative and analysis newlywed women knowledge related to cervical cancer KAP conditions and different cultural level, income, occupation and so on influence between they whether to go for before marriage check.Results 1.The total Witting rate about knowledge of cervical cancer was 27.28%. Witting rate about "whether heard of cervical cancer awareness" up to 71.79%, Witting rate about “risk factor for cervical cancer” was lowest, only 7.26%. Witting rate about HPV related knowledge on average only 5.07%; Age of first sexual life ≥20 years old who accounted for 62.07% or more, before sex genital washing accounted for 61.43%, only 9.83% condom use of contraception. 2. The average score of cervical cancer knowledge per capita 2.73 ± 0.89 points(out of ten points) and HPV related knowledge per capita 0.50 ± 0.23 points(out of 8 points) and cervical cancer prevention and control of relevant health behavior per capita 4.99 ±1.31 points(out of 9 points). Compared their cognitive level and health behavior of the women between different age, educational background and professional,they all show statistically significant differences(all P < 0.05). 3. The score of cervical cancer and HPV related knowledge and cervical cancer prevention health behavior in each groups were higher than before intervention(P < 0. 01), The scores of intervention group 1and intervention group 2 were higher than control group(P < 0. 05), The score of intervention group 2 were higher than intervention group 1(P < 0. 05). 4、The rate of before marriage check in different cultural degree, income, occupation was statistically significant(P < 0.01). The related knowledge, attitude, practice of cervical cancer prevention in of before marriage check group women was better than no before marriage check group women, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion 1. Awareness of prevention of cervical cancer among most women in community is weak. 2. Traditional education and network health education all can receive the good effects. But network health education model were more convenient, more quickly and have better effects. 3. The rate of before marriage check and level of KAP of cervical cancer-related knowledge related to believing, education level, income and occupation.
