| Purpose:To explore the pathological subtype, pathological staging, clinical features, diagnostic methods, comprehensive treatment and the factors that affect the survival prognosis of the cervical primary malignant lymphoma of our hospital,to further understand the clinical and pathological characteristics of cervical lymphoma, in order to investigate the optimized model and prognosis of the comprehensive treatment in the cervical primary malignant lymphoma. Methods:This study is retrospectively analysis of the clinical data. This research includes 37 cervical primary malignant patients from December 1992 to August 2009 of Fudan University Cancer Hospital.Record the general information and follow-up of patients that meet the standard.Detailed history, physical examination, routine blood, liver and kidney function, chest radiograph, abdominal ultrasound or CT examination must get from all of the patients, except for not the cervical primary lymphoma involving the cervix, bone marrow biopsy or biopsy if necessary.Pathological diagnosis were confirmed by the immunohistochemical diagnosis of our hospital.Analyze the obtained data at last.Apply SPSS 17.0 to establish the database, the Kaplan-Meier was used to calculate the survival rate, x 2 was used to check the analysis, differences are statistically significant if P<0.05,to analysis the clinical characteristics, treatment and prognosis of cervical malignant lymphoma.Results:36 patients completed the clinical follow-up of all the 37 cases of primary cervical malignant lymphoma, there were a total of 33 cases of live, three deaths and 4 cases of recurrence of 36 patients who followed up to March 2013.The median follow-up time was 67.5 months(2-204months),the median time of OS was 87 months, the median time of DFS was 67.5 months (2-204months) up to now.The five-year survival rate was 94.3%,the ten-year survival rate was 90.7%.Conclusion:The cervical chronic inflammatory reaction, the cervical lymphoma lesions, cervical cancer and cervical lymphoma sample primary small cell undifferentiated carcinoma (neuroendocrine carcinoma) have to be identified with the cervical primary malignant lymphoma. Surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy are the treatment methods of the cervical primary malignant lymphoma, this diease has a relatively good prognosis. The recent curative effect is satisfied. The earlier the clinical stage, the better the prognosis. The MALT-oma has a better prognosis than other pathological types. The occurrence of this disease may be associated with the genetic factors. The clinical stage, pathological classification and treatment methods are the factors that influence the prognosis. |
