The Supplementing Qi And Activating Blood And Resolving Phlegm Fang Anti-apoptosis Prevention And Treatment Atherosclerosis Of Mechanism Research

Purpose:Preparation of experimental atherosclerosis by high-fat diet AopE-/- mouse model,Gives Shenhongtongluo granule of The supplementing qi and activating blood and resolving phlegm fang intercention,studies Shenhongtongluo granule can inhibit the AopE-/-cell apoptosis in atherosclerotic plaques in mice,and the discussion on preventing or reversing mechanisms of atherosclerosis.Method:AopE-/- mouse were divided into 10 groups,were given General not drenching food group、general food Atorvastatin calcium tablets group(10mg/Kg/d)、General food and High dose of chinese medicines group(20.24g/Kg/d)、General food and In a dose of chinese medicines Group(20.24g/Kg/d)、General food and Low dose of chinese medicines group(5.06 g/Kg/d) had feeding with General foods,High-fat diet not drenching group、High-fat diet and Atorvastatin calcium tablets group(10mg/Kg/d)、High-fat diet and High dose of chinese medicines Group(20.24g/Kg/d)、High-fat diet and In a dose of chinese medicines Group(20.24g/Kg/d)、High-fat diet and Low dose of chinese medicines Group(5.06g/Kg/d) had feeding with high-fat diet Four weeks,each group(in addition to general not drenching food group、high-fat diet not drenching group) respectively six weeks after the treatment,obse-ve the different groups of lipids(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C) levels changes;HE degree of staining of atherosclerotic plaques;immuno-Histochemical observation of change of apoptosis.Result:By Shenhongtongluo granule in the treatment of AopE-/- athrosclerosis mouce model,the result show that comparison of serum lipid level in each group,homogeneity-of-variance of TCHO、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C and AI levels said Variance homogeneous. In the ANOVA,compared between groups the TG、LDL-C、HDL-C content have an effect,but the TCHO and AI have no impact.The Multiple comparisons, compared with the GSX group,the GDX group lowering TG level(P<0.05), and the GGX、GZX groups lowering TG level(P<0.05);the GGX and GDX groups reduced LDL-C level(P<0.05);the GGX group increased HDL-C level(P<0.01);the PSX、PTX、PGX, PZX and PDX groups has obvious significance on LDL-C and TG levels(P<0.01);and on atherosclerosis index(AI),the PDX group has saliency significans(P<0.05). Immuno-histological chemical pictures shows that the PTX and PSX groups not found apoptosis;compared with the GSX group,the GTX and GZX groups significantly reduced apoptosis cells.Conclusion:①The supplementing qi and activating blood and resolving phlegm fang of Shenhongtongluo granule,by reduced AopE-/- mouce model of atherosclerosis blood lipid TG、LDL-C levels,and increased of HDL-C levels,can be defined as the Shenhongtongluo granule has anti-atherosclerosis effect.and Shenhongtongluo granule’s low-dose have the most effect of anti-atherosclerosis.and in atherosclrosis-index(AI)levels,the Shenhongtongluo granu-le’s low-doses can prevent atherosclerosis.so can confirm that the low-doses of Shenhongton-gluo Granule,So can confirm that with low doses of Shenhongtongluo granule prevents ath-erosclerosis play a role.②The Shenhongtongluo granule and Atorvastatin calcium tablets all have anti-apoptosis effects.
