Clinical Study On The Theory Of Toxicity Injures Nephropathy Meridian Collaterals In The Optimization Of Diabetic Nephropathy Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Protocol(Deficiency Of Qi-and-Yin With Blood Stagnation And Poison Syndrome)

Purpose: Based on the theory of toxicity injures nephropathy meridian collaterals, the diabetic nephropathy traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) treatment plan can be optimized and then improve the clinical curative effect.Method: This study in tutor on the based of the original diabetic nephropathy TCM optimal treatment plan, and the theory of “toxicity injures nephropathy meridian collaterals” is introduced for further optimization and improvement. The original plan has been verified in clinical, again for the optimized solution, the selection of clinical common early diabetic nephropathy deficiency of qi-and-yin with blood stagnation and poison syndrome patients, clinical test and verify. The 60 diabetic nephropathy patients who are in accordance with inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 patients in each. Two groups adopt treatment on a regular basis, Patients in treatment group were give Fuzhengjiedutongluo Decoction. Other patients in the control group were accepted the basic treatment with Shenqidhuang Decoction. The treatment course was 12 weeks. Observation indexes include clinical syndromes, glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, urine trace albumin, 24 h urine trace albumin quantitative, urine trace albumin excretion rate, urine trace albumin/creatinine ratio to further evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed scheme; The change of laboratory tests items such as blood routine tests, urine routines, liver and kidney functions, electrical cardiogram were observed before and after treatment, to evaluate the safety of this scheme.Result: The treatment group with Fuzhengjiedutongluo Decoction in improving clinical syndromes, glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, urine trace albumin, 24 h urine trace albumin quantitative, urine trace albumin excretion rate, urine trace albumin/creatinine ratio is better than that in control group(P<0.05). Moreover, its clinical curative effect is good, and there is no side toxic side effect in clinical observation.Conclusion: Based on the theory of toxicity injures nephropathy meridian collaterals, the diabetic nephropathy TCM treatment plan can be optimized and then improve the clinical curative effect, by selecting deficiency of qi-and-yin with blood stagnation and poison syndrome of clinical research,compared with original plan, improve the clinical curative effect, further reveals the theory of toxicity injures nephropathy meridian collaterals is advanced, as the same time needs to be further in-depth and system for clinical validation, enrich and optimization scheme.
