A New Method Of Combining Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine Treatment Of Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

Purpose:Integrative Medicine adhesion ileus,the observation results were analyzed, discussed adhesive ileus pathogenesis, and treatment methods to explore Integrative Medicine adhesive intestinal obstruction superiority.Methods: June 2012 to February 2015, outside the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in four subjects treated intestinal obstruction patients 60 patients, of which 60 cases were conservatively treated patients; randomized into study group and the control group, which study group of 30 patients(50%), 30 cases in the control group(50%). Study Group: By using basic treatment: 1, fast water, continuous decompression; 2, to maintain water, electrolyte and acid-base balance; 3, anti-infection; 4,other treatment: oxygen, reduce gastrointestinal somatostatin Road expansion; 5, joint use of traditional Chinese medicine prescription: obstruction through next soup(rhubarb 15 g, radish seed 40 g, Bupleurum 20 g, tangerine peel 20 g, Salvia 30 g, Dan 30 g, red peony root 20 g,Citrus aurantium 30 g, double flowers 20 g, forsythia 20 g, dandelion 20 g. pay decoction 200 ml,2 times a day, from the stomach into, once injected into 100 ml, take off the top to pay decoction 200 ml tube enema after 1 ~ 2h.2h retained after the exclusion of 30 ~ 60 min, 2times a day, in order to strengthen efforts to capture and help relieve bowel obstruction) in the control group: 30 cases were given basic treatment alone adhesive ileus. Respectively,through the observation of clinical symptoms, X-ray analysis of the liquid surface and other indicators of clinical efficacy. The two groups were observed 10 days of treatment, while the difference before and after treatment by changing the patient’s symptoms and signs, the comparative study groups to improve adhesion ileus therapeutic effect, shorten the course and other aspects of the control group.Results: The patients were cured 24 cases, accounting for 80%; effective in 5cases, 16%; 1patient(4%); the total effective rate was 96%. The control group of patients were cured 17 cases, accounting for 56%; effective in 4cases, accounting for 12%; 9 cases, accounting for32%; the total effective rate of 68%. The total efficiency of treatment, there was a statistically significant difference, which the researchers treatment than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion: Western medicine treatment, supplemented TCM treatment regimen for the treatment of intestinal obstruction effect is remarkable.
