Infantile Massage Intervention In Clinical Curative Effect Evaluation Of The Newborn Pathological Jaundice

Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect about treatment of The newborn pathological jaundice in infantile massage.Methods:Will107patients diagnosed with neonatal pathologic jaundice patients according to the parallel comparison group method is divided into the control group,52cases, treatment group (55cases. The control group using conventional therapy:continuous blue light combined oral wormwood Zhi yellow oral liquid; The treatment group was added with infantile massage therapy on the basis of in the control group. Both group therapy for1times per day,5times for a period of treatment, comparing two groups of clinical curative effect after the two course and average serum total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin on average value decreased.Results:10cases of treatment group (42cases cured, effective, invalid (3cases), the total effective rate was94.54%, control group35cases recovery, effective,8cases of invalid9cases, the total effective rate was82.69%, the clinical efficacy of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Compared with control group, treatment group, on average, serum total bilirubin value decreased significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01),indirect bilirubin on average value decreased significantly higher than the control group (P<0.001), and no adverse events during the process of experiment.Conclusion:Infantile tuina intervention of the newborn pathological jaundice efficacy, safety and easy.
