Purposes: TCM manual therapy in children with congenital club foot in theHorseshoe. by observing the degree of Achilles tendon contracture.Foot shape.improve ankle function and other indicators of activity.in order to guide thecongenital clubfoot treatment horseshoe provide better methods and basis. used inorder to better clinical.Methods: The subjects were Luoyang orthopedic hospital orthopedicoutpatient pediatric congenital club foot turn. the30cases of children with theorder by the means of outpatient treatment after self-control efficacy observationperiod of6months. follow-up period of3to6months. observed after treatment ofchildren with passive ankle plantar flexion. Achilles extend the quantity andclinical efficacy.Results: Clinical observation of manual therapy after the first3months and6months of ankle plantar flexion. achilles and the number of the extension haveimproved the appearance of the affected foot. the statistical detection (P <0.01).demonstrated statistically significant.6months of treatment and more effectivethan treatment in March. description practices have prolonged effects on theAchilles tendon. passive ankle plantar flexion degrees have increased role. withprolonged treatment techniques. soft type clubfoot significant improvement. evento the healing effect. for rigid type. some patients can also be improved.
