Study On The Relationship Between Behavior Pattenrs And TCM Syndrome Type Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective: To observe the relationship between behavior pattern and TCM syndrometype of psoriasis vulgaris, to preliminaryly discuss if the behavior patterns of psoriasisvulgaris patients depend on the TCM syndrome type.Methods:We ask338psoriasis vulgaris patients of their syndrome and let them fill inthe type A behavior pattern questionnarie and the Proposed by cases with psoriasis vulgariswatch list.We analyze what they fill in and judge their behavior pattern type.In the end,weobtain the information about correlation between behavior pattern and TCM syndrome typeof psoriasis vulgaris patients by SPSS17.0statistical software.Results:In this study, patients with psoriasis vulgaris, uneven distribution of TCMsyndrome type blood hot air filled the most, accounting for46.5%, heat and blood stasisand blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome accounted for33.1%and20.4%respectively, compared with the three significant difference (P＜0.05).Pathogenic factors and TCM syndrome type distribution with psoriasis vulgaris withsignificant difference (P＜0.05). Infection factors have correlation with blood hot air filledwith psoriasis vulgaris, statistically significant (B＝1.76, P＜0.05).The behavior of patients with psoriasis vulgaris, uneven distribution of type ofpatients with type A behavior pattern, most (62.4%), type B behavior pattern and M typebehavior patterns respectively29.0%,8.6%, were compared with significant difference (P＜0.05).Type A behavior pattern and the blood hot fill card has A positive correlation withpsoriasis vulgaris (B＝0.565, P＜0.05); Type B behavior pattern and the blood hot fill cardhas negative correlation with psoriasis vulgaris (B＝0.500, P＜0.05), there was a positive correlation with blood deficiency wind dry permit (B＝0.584, P＜0.05); M type behaviorpatterns and various of traditional Chinese medicine with psoriasis vulgaris were nocorrelation (P＞0.05).Type A behavior pattern have correlation with blood hot air filled with psoriasisvulgaris, with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion:With type A behavior pattern of people are more likely to suffer from,with psoriasis vulgaris and more performance for the blood hot blast card, there iscorrelation between the two; With M type behavior patterns of people is not easy to attackpsoriasis, negative correlation exists between them.
