| Objective:Case study of treating meniscus injury methods and clinical results byarthroscopic observation.Methods: According to o’connor FLF meniscus taxonomy classification and folow-upobservation, there are50typical treated in our hospital by arthroscopic methords formeniscus injury during September2012to October2013.48cases were followed up afteroperation for6months to1.5years,an average of11months,evaluated by Lysholm kneescore table.Results: According to O’connor FLF meniscus classification taxonomy term efficacystatistical analysis (P <0.01), good rate is87.5%.Conclusion: Knee arthroscopy has been widely used in the diagnosis and treatmentof meniscal injury. Occurs in the red-red zone, red-white area of the tear meniscussuturing priority,wherein the longitudinal suture best; For the meniscal tisue, which arestapled and not reserved,meniscectomy is feasible and it requires to keep more meniscaltissue and function. Meniscal partial resection and postoperative clinical efficacy are themost widely used resection. Arthroscopic treatment of meniscal injuries have cleardiagnose, minimal trauma, earlier postoperative functional exercise, rapid recovery, lowrisk of infection, and fewer complications. Knowing the Surgical indications and choosingproper surgical solutions, with the coordination of postoperative rehabilitation training canhelp patients who are treated by arthroscopic treatment of meniscal injuries get better. |
