Clinical Observation On The Therapy Of Alcohol-induced Avascular Necrosis Of The Femoral Head By Avascular Necrosis Of The Femoral Head Yi Hao Fang

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treatment of avascular necrosis of thefemoral head No.1on alcoholic avascular necrosis of the femoral head, and to explore itspossible mechanism of action.Methods:34cases of hospital in2012February to2013May in Department oforthopedics, Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine joint expert outpatientservice acquisition of patients, randomly divided into treatment group18cases, controlgroup16cases. The treatment group took the chief physician Qiu Hongming’s experienceof avascular necrosis of the femoral head yi hao fang, the control group taking hospitalaffiliated to Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine independentlydeveloped Huoxue Tongmai tablet, statistical change the hip function score and laboratorytests before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results: the treatment group and the control group were in four hip six level changepoints difference. The laboratory test results are shown in the treatment group status andlipid metabolism of blood high viscosity were significantly better than the control group. Inthe whole course of treatment, all patients had no significant adverse reactions, the liverfunction, there is no adverse effects on renal function.Conclusion: through the clinical observation of curative effect, no toxic side effect ofavascular necrosis of the femoral head yi hao fang, curative effect is better than that of the control group. Its mechanism may be related to the improvement of the abnormal bloodrheology, lipid metabolism disorders, correct the improvement of microcirculation,decrease intraosseous pressure, regulating calcium and phosphorus metabolism, promotebone formation.
