Drug Compatibility Rules Of Parkinson’s Disease In Modern Chinese Medicine

Objective: Using data mining technology to organize and analyze the prescriptionspublished in journal articles in recent twenty years (1993-2012) and analysis of drugcompatibility rules in the application of Parkinson’s disease.Methods: Collect the periodical literature about the treatment of TTH published onCNKI China journal full-text database, according to inclusion criteria and exclusioncriteria to identify target texts, sort the prescription, use SPSS software to establish the database,apply the frequency analysis to find out high frequency drugs and drug classes, findout drugs those are close to the clustering by cluster analysis, in order to explore theegularity of prescription on the treatment of PD.Results:132prescriptions and193kinds of drugs were involved in the targettexts.There are20kinds of drugs whose frequency was used in more than20times,whichare the core drugs for the treatment of PD. The application of Tonifying drug is at the most,According to the cluster analysis,7cluster formulas have been formed. In addition8clusterpairs is respectively: Pinellia tuber-dried tangerine peel, Gastrodia elata-Gouteng,Polygonum multiforum-olfberry fruit, peach kernel-fflower, earthworm-ntipede,astragalus-angelica, Schisandra-chinensis, dogwood and Cistanche tubulosa.Conclusion: Through the interaction between closely related to drugs and drugcommonly used for analysis, Modern medicine in the inheritance of ancient physiciansthought tendons dystrophy caused by endogenous liver wind, yin and yang qi deficiency asthe tremor syndrome. The treatment should be tonic, wind, phlegm. Modern medicine usedreplenishing qi and blood, balancing yin and Yang, calming the liver to stop the wind as themain treatment of fibrillation certificate. Through this study, the modern medicine druglaws, and provide objective basis and ideas for the future treatment of tremor syndrome.
