Clinical Research Buzhong Yiqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Functional Constipation In Children With Deficiency Of The Spleen Qi Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in thetreatment of functional constipation in children with deficiency of the spleen qi syndrome.Methods:Select weak syndromes in children with constipation Spleen80cases,treatment order number, divided into two groups using a random number table, theobservation group and the control group of40patients, the observation group BuzhongYiqi Decoction treated and control group using oral lactulose therapy, two weeks a courseof treatment. Recorded before treatment, after treatment and one month follow-up aftertreatment symptom scores, efficacy, symptoms and signs of the two groups werestatistically analyzed.Results: Comparison of clinical efficacy after treatment, the total efficiency of97.5%in the observation group, the control group, the total effective rate was95.0%, respectively,P＞0.05; TCM syndromes after treatment compared to the total efficiency of97.5%in theobservation group, the control group, the total90.0%, respectively, P＜0.05, clinicalefficacy, the total efficiency of follow-up was95.0%in the observation group, the controlgroup, the total efficiency of85.0%, the two groups, P＜0.05; TCM syndrome comparingthe efficacy of follow-up, observation group, the total effective rate was95.0%in thecontrol group, the total efficiency of75.0%, the two groups, P＜0.05. Comparison of80cases of constipation in children and30healthy children of the red blood cells, hemoglobin,P <0.05. Two follow-up of red blood cells, hemoglobin comparison, P＜0.05.Conclusion: Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of functional constipation inchildren the spleen qi syndrome clinical curative effect, the total efficiency, recovery rate and the improvement of symptoms and signs were better than lactulose oral liquid, lowrecurrence rate. Granules of convenient, easy to carry, is worthy of clinical application.Functional constipation spleen qi syndrome children’s red blood cells, hemoglobin levelbelow the normal value. Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can in goodness of erythrocyte,hemoglobin levels significantly better than lactulose oral liquid.
