Object:This study examined HPV16E7, E5-dimensional sequence variation in the Xinjiang region, Hancervical cancer and precancerous lesions of the occurrence, Explore HPV16E7, E5gene mutation rate inthe Xinjiang region dimension, Han cervical lesions in women of different relationships.Methods:119cases positive for HPV16DNA cervicitis (dimension54cases,65cases of Han),70casesof CINI (dimension30cases,40cases of Han),91cases CINII-CINIII (dimension45cases,46cases ofHan) and105cases of cervical cancer (dimension60cases,45cases of Han), E7and E5PCR its amplifiedand sequenced after comparison of mutation.Results: In addition to the prototype sequence HPV16E7and E5outside, HPV16E7the most commonvariants of A647G and T846C, mainly in the A647G mutation-based, A647G mutant frequencies indifferent cervical lesions as cervicitis (dimension22.2%, Chinese24.6%), CINI (dimension60.0%,Chinese55.0%), CINII-CINIII (dimension57.8%, Chinese60.9%), cervical cancer (Victoria55.3%,Chinese66.7%);HPV16E5most common variant of A4042G and A3978C, mainly in the A4042G mutationbased, A4042G mutant frequencies in different cervical lesions as cervicitis (dimension18.5%, Chinese21.5%), CINI (dimension53.3%, Chinese45.0%), CINII-CINIII (dimension53.3%, Chinese56.5%),cervical cancer (Victoria55.0%, Chinese68.9%); HPV16E7A647G HPV16E5A4042G variants andmutants in Xinjiang Uygur, Han women in various stages of cervical lesions was statistically significantdifference in the distribution (P<0.05), Compare Uygur, Han cervical cancer and precancerous lesionsHPV16E7A647G variants and mutants HPV16E5A4042G no statistically significant difference in thedistribution (P>0.05).Conclusion: HPV16E7A647G mutants and mutants HPV16E5A4042G Xinjiang Uygur, Han womencervical cancer and precancerous lesions in the popular variants, This mutant strain distribution in Uygur,Han women in various stages of cervical lesions are different, that is the extent of this mutant with cervicallesions correlated; Distributed in the Uygur, Han cervical cancer and precancerous lesions showed nodifference, that this mutant is no ethnic difference in the Xinjiang region of cervical lesions.
