Study Of The Effect About Shoutaiwan Combined With Swutang On Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Which Belonged To Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective:To investigate effects of shoutaiwan combined with siwutang on recurrentspontaneous abortion which belonged to kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,thenobserve the change of TNF-α、IL-10、 D-dimer and the symptoms of traditional Chinesemedicine, to illuminate the mechanism of shoutaiwan.Methods:We have120patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion which belonged to kidneydeficiency and blood stasis type.They were divided into3groups, the control group(groupA), the Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group(group B) and the Western medicinetreatment group(group C).There are40patients in group A、B、C。 No significantdifference was found among the three groups of patients with general condition. In groupA,the patients got progesterone and HCG im, In group B,the patients got shoutaiwan andsiwutang, In group C, the patients got low molecular heparin sodium and progesterone.weobserve the TNF-α、IL-10、D-dimer and the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicinebefore and after treatment. We foumd that it is effective in patients with shoutaiwan andsiwutang,and try to illuminate the mechanism of shoutaiwan.Results:1、It is comparable among general condition, D-dimer、TNF-α、and IL-10beforetreatment in three groups.2、There are significant differences in D-dimer、TNF-α and IL-10of serum beforeand after treatment in traditional Chinese medicine group.(D-dimer：P<0.01;TNF-α： P<0.01;IL-10:P<0.01)。Western medicine group after treatment D-dimer content wasdecreased, the TNF-α and IL-10is no difference before treatment, the control group D-dimer, TNF-α, IL-10is no statistical difference before treatment after treatment.3、Three groups of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral comparison,Chinese medicine group is superior to western medicine group and the control group.(P <0.01)。4、In the clinical pregnancy, traditional Chinese medicine group again abortion ratewas26.5%, The western medicine group42.9%, control group70.6%, three groups hadstatistical significance(P <0.01)。Conclusions:1、The recurrent spontaneous abortion relation which belonged to kidney deficiencyand blood stasis type has some relation between the disorder in immune system by regulating theperception of Th1cytokine and Th2cytokine and former state thrombus.2、shoutaiwan combined siwutang can significantly improve the clinical symptom ofrecurrent spontaneous abortion which belonged to kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.3、shoutaiwan combined siwutang can alleviate disorders in immune system byregulating the perception of Th1cytokine and Th2cytokine,can treat the former statethrombus,can improve the protection of immune function, can improve themicrocirculation and pregnant rate and can reduce the abortion rate.
