The Clinical Research Of Chinese Umbilical Treatment On Treating Chronic Renal Failure And Its Gastrointestinal Reactions

Objective: This study aims to observe and confirm the curative effect,side effects anduntoward effect of Chinese Umbilical Treatment On treating CRF as well as itsGastrointestinal reactions.And evaluate itssecurity and effectiveness,analysis and clarity itsmechanism of action,offer new method and means to TCM clinical.Method: Using prospective randomized method,we divided60cases CRF which isdamp turbidity or damp-heat type patients meeting the diagnostic criteria into twogroups.30patients were classified into control group（conventional treatment group） whowere treated with intergrtive medicine foundation treatment.Another30patients wereclassified into treatment group who were treated with intergrtive Medicine foundationtreatment and chinese umbilical treatment. The CRF syndromes were observed. Moreover，24h proteinuria, blood albumin,blood creatinine, creatinine clearance，etc. was measuredand compared before and2week after starting the treatment.Results:1.The total clinical effective rate of treatment group is86.67％,which isbetter than that of control group（60.00％） with statistical. The effective rate of treatmentgroup in the symptom signs is much better than that of control group.2. Experimentalstudies have shown that: Umbilical therapy in chronic renal failure to improve thesyndrome of all aspects of Chinese medicine，to increased and the creatinine clearancerate, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen regulation therapy significantly,And be safety,low incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion: In the conventional treatment based on the use of traditional Chinesemedicine Umbilicus therapy of chronic renal failure in patients with gastrointestinal reactions effective than conventional treatment alone, without increasing side effects.Themechanism may be connected umbilical interaction with internal organs and Umbilicaldrugs to achieve therapeutic effect.
