Clinical Research About Etiology Of Chest Pain In Traditional Chinese Medicine In Outpatients And Characteristics Of Distribution Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome

Objective（:1）Analyze the causes of chest pain of TCM in outpatients（;2）Summarizecharacteristics of distribution of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of chest pain in outpatients（;3）Discuss the relationship between cause of chest pain of traditional Chinese medicine inoutpatients and TCM syndrome.Methods:A retrospective method on epidemiologicalinvestigation was adapted. Records of80chest pain outpatients were collected fromOctober2012to December2013in the hospital affiliated to Shandong University oftraditional Chinese medicine to clear the causes of chest pain; Using statistical method toconclude the characteristics of distribution of chest pain syndromes and to investigate therelationship between the etiology and chest pain syndromes.Results: The main disease ofTCM lung disease outpatient patients with chest pain because of acute trachea-bronchitis,chronic bronchitis, bronchial asthma and pneumonia. Through statistics the windtemperature phlegm heat, evil indicates pulmonary vessels lung deficiency, cold phlegmobstruction temper lung blood stasis resistance network, the heart pulse bizu the damp andhot accumulate knot, block chest collaterals Yin phlegm-heat type.5syndromes,deficiency fire burning collaterals.Conclusion: Although etiology of chest pain relevant tolung disease is complex and involves numerous syndromes in TCM, deficiency mixed withexcess as well as excess of pathogenic qi and deficiency of vital qi occupy a largeportion.Thus,it is supposed to combine the diagnosis of etiology of chest pain with TCMsyndromes and pay more attention to the combination between treatment based onsyndrome differentiation and disease differentiation.
