Objective:1、Verification of mammography, ultrasound, breast MRI in the diagnosis of breast cancer on the value;2、To Comparative analyze the accuracy of breast MRI, ultrasound and mammography in measurement of tumor size in patients with breast cancer;3、 In pathology slides as controls, preliminary exploration of breast cancer Subclinical range and analyzed on the basis of the pathological features of breast MRI tumor margins。Methods:51cases of breast tumor patients (53lesions)were Collected in January2014-June2014in the Linzi District of Zibo City People’s Hospital for treatment of radical mastectomy breast, After the operation is excised confirmed, there are34patients (36lesions) diagnosed with breast cancer. There are17patients diagnosed with benign breast lesions. They preoperative menstrual cycle2received mammography, ultrasound and breast MRI examination and measured tumor size. Then after measuring the actual size of the tumor pathology and actual microscopic tumor direct invasion of surrounding tissue longest distance。Then the results were compared with mammography, ultrasound and breast MRI examination and Analyzed of the pathological basis of the characteristics of the tumor margin. Results:In this group of53breast lesions, malignant lesions was36,17benign lesions。Mammography detected29cases, the accurate diagnostic rate was80.6%; Ultrasound detected31cases, the accurate diagnostic rate was86.1%;Breast MRI detected34cases, the accurate diagnostic rate was94.4%.36breast cancer, invasive ductal carcinoma27cases (75%), carcinoma in situ,4cases (11.1%), lobular carcinoma in2cases (5.6%), mucinous carcinoma2cases (5.6%), one case of medullary carcinoma (2.8%)。17cases of benign lesions, mammography detected15cases, the accurate diagnostic rate was88.2%;Ultrasound detected16cases, the accurate diagnostic rate was94.1%;MRI were detected in17cases, the accurate diagnostic rate was100%.27cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the surrounding tissue in the microscope, the longest distance violations averaged4.84mm, the whole distance of0.5~9.13mm。Mammography, ultrasound, breast MRI measurements on the largest cross-sectional diameter and pathological specimens actually measured maximum cross-sectional diameter difference≤1cm who were10cases (27.8%),20cases (55.6%),24cases (66.7%).Conclusion:For Invasive ductal carcinoma, the recommended safety margin should be greater than10mm。Whether it is on the diagnostic accuracy of lesion or tumor extent on the degree of matching, breast MRI examinations were higher than ultrasound, mammography。 Breast MRI is accurate preoperative assessment of breast cancer and reliable means of checking。The ability to accurately display the status of the tumor margin and growth of breast MRI case needs further studies.
