Objective: Discussion EUS (endoscopic ultrasonography, EUS) in the diagnosis andtreatment of upper gastrointestinal lesions in uplift, provide the basis for clinicaldiagnosis and treatment. Methods: Collected in January2011-December2012digest Yijishan HospitalEndoscopy Center endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound examination revealed elevatedlesions of the upper gastrointestinal tract507cases, of which275cases of patients withbiopsy, EUS-FNA endoscopic resection or surgical resection pathology who get into thisproject study comparing EUS with electronic endoscopy diagnosis rate; and166casesin which patients underwent CT examination further, comparing EUS and CT diagnosisrate; analysis of ultrasound endoscopic diagnosis given corresponding sonographicfeatures, and pathologic findings for comparison, thus summed related lesionssonographic features and characteristics; statistics by the EUS diagnosis endoscopictherapy or surgical cure rate of patients treated with complication rate, furtherevaluation guidance for upper gastrointestinal endoscopic ultrasound elevated lesiontreatment of choice.Results:1, upper gastrointestinal endoscopic ultrasound for elevated lesion diagnosiswas88.0%(242/275cases), endoscopy diagnosis was57.8%(159/275cases), both ofwhich meet the diagnosis was consistent53.5%(147/275cases), comparison betweenpaired χ2test, P <0.01, significant difference;2, in which166patients completed theupper abdomen or chest CT, CT diagnosis diagnosis the rate was45.2%(75/166cases),endoscopic ultrasound diagnosis rate was87.3%(145/166cases), both of which complywith the same diagnosis was39.2%(65/166cases), between the two compared bypaired χ2test, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant.2, characterized by endoscopic ultrasonography: leiomyoma showed homogeneous hypoechoic stromaltumors showed hypoechoic uneven, ectopic pancreas showed hypoechoic shadowperformance anechoic cyst, lipoma performance high or strong echo, echo cancershowed slightly lower.3,275patients in the endoscopic resection or were surgicallyremoved, the cure rate was98.2%. The complication rate was2.5%.Conclusion:1, EUS in the diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal elevated lesions have ahigher accuracy rate;2, EUS uplift of upper gastrointestinal lesions diagnostic accuracywas significantly higher than endoscopy and CT, for the uplift of upper gastrointestinallesions should be preferred EUS inspection.3, EUS examination lesions sonographicfeatures can provide a higher value for the diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal elevatedlesion.4, EUS examination of the upper gastrointestinal tract elevated lesions choice oftreatment has important guiding significance.
