Electromyography signal (Electromyography, EMG) is a kind of stimulate human body movement intentions. It is weak electrical signals produced by muscle fiber movement which reflect human neural movement intentions. Therefore, we can get human movement intentions through the analysis of EMG. The control system based on EMG has played a huge role in rehabilitation medicine, prosthesis control, biomedical and other fields. The main research purpose of this topic is based on the classification methods of electrical signals (surface Electromyography, sEMG) to build a wireless control system. The research work includes the sEMG analysis method, the human body gestures acquisition method, the construction of the wireless communication system and the building of real-time interface display control system.First of all, this paper designed a sEMG acquisition experiment with signal analysis and processing. In this part, this paper designed a signal collect experiment that collected three trial of human wrist muscle. Then this paper use independent component analysis method to separate ECG artifact from sEMG. Secondly, extract feature and recognize the classification of sEMG. Extract the sEMG feature of permutation and combination entropy, variance and the derivative according to the correlation between each channel signal. Combine with fuzzy-neural network method to recognize the wrist movement. Finally build the wireless communication and control platform. In combination with the wireless technology based on Zigbee transmission nodes, transit gesture recognition results to client device in the form of wireless. Applies control command to VB system to build real-time platform, including the operation of the control system and real-time display of gestures.Through the debug of wireless control system experimental, the system operation is simple, easier, and has a good real-time performance. The system will be a valuable application for the auxiliary arm device or disabled wheelchair control with new mode.
