Collection can nourish dry class compared with western medicine treatment of sjogren’s syndrome clinical randomized controlled trial (RCT), an independent evaluation of quality and included in the test methodology for information extraction, using Cochrane Review provided Manager5software system analysis.Results:In the end into13studies, methodological quality evaluation are of low quality. Meta-analysis showed that:in the improvement of sjogren’s syndrome clinical efficacy of total effective rate, tears flow rate, saliva flow rate, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, dry mouth, dry eye symptoms, symptoms of joint pain and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, etc., can nourish dry class is superior to western medicine clinical treatment.Conclusion:Can nourish dry class agent for treatment of sjogren’s syndrome have more advantages than western medicine treatment. But due to the low into the methodological quality of clinical trials, and there are many limitations, and this study itself, so the existing strength is not enough evidence. Still needs to high quality, can widely clinical trial for confirmation.
