Objective:To provide a reliable experiment basis of Microbe Molecule Biology for clinical application in antibiotic associated diarrhea.Methods:Antibiotic associated diarrhea mice model was constructed via administration of antibiotics. The antibiotic-associated diarrhea mice in treatment groups were respectively given0.04g ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan combined with0.25×1010yeast/(kg·d),0.08g/(kg-d) ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan and0.16g/(kg·d) traditional Qiweibaizhusan,0.16g/(kg-d) Sterile saline, Extracted gut microbes macro genomic DNA from the ileum intestinal contents,Then ARDRA analysis was made after PCR by primer.Antibiotic associated diarrhea mice model was constructed via administration of antibiotics. The antibiotic-associated diarrhea mice in treatment groups were respectively given0.04g ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan combined with0.25×1010yeast/(kg·d),0.08g/(kg·d) ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan and0.16g/(kg-d) traditional Qiweibaizhusan,0.16g/(kg·d) Sterile saline, Gut microbial metagenome DNA was extracted from the ileum intestinal contents. Then ARDRA analysis was done after PCR by specific primer of Lactobacillus.Results:from the data analyze of OTUs and Diversity index, we could see that the number of bands,OTUs all are5and Shannon index is2.3219,brillouin index is1.3814of25%ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan combined with25%yeast group were lower than the normal group and the traditional Qiweibaizhusan group, and the same with the model group;the similarity index is0.3030and Principal component closely degree of25% ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan combined with25%yeast group were higher than the traditional Qiweibaizhusan and normal group, in the Clustering analysis,25%ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan combined with25%yeast group is for a class of the normal group.OUTs, SHANNON diversity index and BRILLOUIN diversity index were respectively5,2.3219and1.3814in25%amount ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan combined with25%yeast group. All were the same as that in the normal group and50%amount ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan group, but were more than that in full amount of traditional Qiweibaizhusan group and the modle group. The principal component analysis showed that25%amount ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan combined with25%yeast group was27%and less than the normal group, but more than50%amount ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan group,100%amount traditional Qiweibaizhusan group and the model group in the cumulative contribution rate.Conclusion:25%ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan combined with25%yeast group was closer to the normal group in the gut microbiota, by adjusting the gut microflora therapeutic effect of antibiotic-associated diarrhea.25%amount ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan combined with25%yeast group was not as good as the normal group. But it was better than50%amount ultra-micro Qiweibaizhusan group,100%amount traditional Qiweibaizhusan group and the model group in adjusting the diversity of Lactobacillu. Qiweibaizhusan combined with yeast group was conducive to treatment of diarrhea.
