Purpose: The main topic of observed side effects of cerebral hemorrhage in rats withintracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) after perifocal tissue TIMP-1protein to explore themechanism of the treatment of brain edema after cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral hemorrhageparties provide clinical treatment of ICH theoretical and experimental evidence.Method: In this study, all procedures were divided into four groups, namely, shamoperation group, cerebral hemorrhage model group (model group), hemorrhagic strokeprescription group (prescription group), Naoxuekang control group (control group). Rat brainwater content in each experiment in which15of60; for HE staining andimmunohistochemical detection of10rats in each group, a total of40; ELISA experiments10rats in each group, a total of40total140, after the rats were observed at all time points ICHneurological conditions and brain water content and the3d first5dTIMP-1protein expressionchanges.Result:â‘´neurological score: sham operation group were no neurological dysfunction, normal activities. Loss of consciousness, paralysis, brain dysfunction rotation model ratsbleeding after injury, surgery4d began to recover, but the recovery was slow. Positive controlgroup and prescription solution after a treatment group, there are different degrees offunctional recovery, there was a significant difference (P <0.05) with the model group, whichprescriptions functional recovery is most obvious solution group (P <0.05).(2) brain water content: sham group of brain water content no significant difference (P<0.05), model group whose brain water content than the sham group (P <0.05), positivecontrol group compared with the model group, brain the water content was significantly lowerthan that in the model group (P <0.05), group therapy prescription liquid brain water contentand the positive control group was significantly reduced (P <0.05).(3) TIMP-1levels: cerebral hemorrhage at the onset of the test drug group measured onday5of TIMP-1levels and cerebral hemorrhage model group were significantly higherTIMP-1levels, there was a significant difference (p <0.05), prescription group increasedTIMP-1capability and control drug group, a significant difference (p <0.05).Conclusion: Cerebral hemorrhage can only effectively reduce the water content of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral edema antagonistic; possible by increasing the expression ofTIMP-1protein, reduce brain water content.
