| Objective: To investigate the use of herbal fumigation exercise plus clinicalefficacy of knee function of knee osteoarthritis pain, osteoarthritis of theknee with the thought of providing true and reliable clinical and experimentaldata support the clinical data.Methods: The study patients were from trauma orthopedic clinic from March2012to March2013period at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University ofTraditional Chinese Medicine met the inclusion criteria outpatients sufferingfrom osteoarthritis of the knee of40patients divided into treatment groupand the control group,20cases in each group, the treatment group receivedtreatment with herbal fumigation exercise proper knee function were observedin patients with osteoarthritis of the knee pain efficacy; simple controlsfor proper knee function was observed workout alleviate the extent of kneeosteoarthritis pain patients. According to the patient post-January,swelling and pain score measured walking function after using SPSS statisticalsoftware for statistical analysis, comparing the two groups were observed.Results: The efficacy of the standard reference to the State Administrationof Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Justice to develop a " Chinesemedicine clinical research guidelines ’ clinical formulation, treatmentgroups:20patients, clinically controlled four cases,7cases were markedly effective in7cases,2cases, recoverysignificant effect of90%. Control group:20patients: clinical control twocases,5cases markedly effective in7cases,6cases were recoveredsignificant effect of70%.Conclusion: The use of herbal fumigation efficacy of therapeutic exercise withknee function in patients with osteoarthritis knee pain significantly. Andthe method of use of herbal fumigation exercise to accompany and knee functionease the pain of osteoarthritis of the knee method is simple, convenient,high feasibility, can greatly improve the quality of life of patients, andhave side effects is relatively small, safe non-invasive advantages. |
