All of the children who we finally diagnosed as autism are made up of the case group, and we will draw off some normal children who are made up of the control group. We use SPSS17.0for data processing. Results We found children of suspicious autism424in8428children,242boys and182girls, there was statistical significant differences between men and women (χ2=4.450,P=0.035.1.5-2years,2-2.5years,2.5-3years group, the detection rate differences was also significant (χ2=21.220, P=0.000),and there was statistical significant differences between urban and suburb(χ2=7.580, P=0.006). The detection rate differences were significant between men and women on the four behavior performance as follows:"abnormal language development"," not look at the things what you are pointing at","not interested in children","not use language or gesture to expresse the need"; and among the1.5-2years,2-2.5years,2.5-3years group on the seven behavior performance as follows "abnormal language development","not point with his/her index finger at the light","special liking the revolving things"ã€"do not display things he/she interested"," difficult to accept simple instructions","not use language or gesture to expresse the need","dull sense of pain". we finally diagnose21autisms from the266follow-up visit,17boys and4girls; the city proper and the suburbs is respectively8and13. The items that detection rate greater than60%of the score is is equal or greater than3are "phrase and action imitation","language communication","Interpersonal relationship","intelligence capacity". The score of body movement have a positive correlation with the age of the autism.
