The Clinical Study Of Chronic Heart Failure Patients With Tonifying Kidney And Activating Blood Circulation Therapy

Objective: To study the clinical effect of tonifying kidney and activating bloodcirculation therapy on chronic heart failure patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,find out its acting speciality and mechanism, and provide theoretic evidence for its clinicalapplying.Methods:96cases of chronic heart failure were randomized into a treatmentgroup(50cases)and a control group(46cases)．In the control group, the normal treatment ofwestern medicine was given. In the treatment group，on the basis of the treatment ofwestern medicine， tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation therapy wassupplemented．The treatment lasted for4weeks．The BNP level was detected before andafter treatment，as well as the left ventricular ejection function, the heart function grades(NYHA grading standard) and the points of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndromes.Results: After treatment, The BNP of two groups has reduced, the difference is thestatistical significant in one same group and between two groups(P<0．05)，the treatmentgroup has priority to the control group；And the LVESD，LVESV，SV, LVEF, the heartfunction grades(NYHA grading standard) and the points of Traditional Chinese Medicinesyndromes are all improved after treatment，the treatment group has statistical significantdifferences as compared with those in the control group(P <0．05).Conclusion: tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation therapy has reducedobviously the plasma BNP level, improved the left ventricular ejection function anddropped the heart function grades (NYHA grading standard) and the points of TraditionalChinese Medicine syndromes for the patients with chronic heart failure，presenting the effective compound prescription of treating chronic heart failure.
