| Objective: To study the imaging of brain CT changes in type2diabetespatients with kidney deficiency and whether there is a correlation, enrichingthe kidney-brain theory of Chinese medicine, but also for the prevention ofdiabetes complicated by brain dysfunction provides a new idea. Methods: A total of40cases of type2diabetes aged between32-87yearsold join in this survey,including20cases of the kidney deficiency,and20cases of non-kidney deficiency,plus20cases of healthy people as a controlgroup.By measuring the brain CT-related indicators of the patients in thisstudy, including lateral body index,Huckman index, third ventricle diameterand caudate nucleus index contrast,to study the imaging of brain CT changesin type2diabetes patients with kidney deficiency and whether there is acorrelation.Results:1.The third ventricle diameter,Huckman index, and caudate nucleus indexof diabetes group are higher than the healthy control group(P<0.01),with ahigh degree of statistical significance.2.The lateral body index of diabetic group is less than the healthy controlgroup(P<0.05),with statistical significance.3.The third ventricle diameter,Huckman index, and caudate nucleus indexof diabetes kidney deficiency group are higher than non-kidney deficiencygroup(P<0.01),with a high degree of statistical significance.4.The lateral body index of diabetes kidney deficiency group is less than non-kidney deficiency group(P<0.01),with a high degree of statisticalsignificance.5.The morbidity of brain atrophy of diabetic group is higher than healthycontrol group, and the distribution of brain atrophy between the two groupshas significant difference(P<0.01).6.The morbidity of brain atrophy of diabetes kidney group is higher thannon-diabetic kidney group, and the distribution of brain atrophy between thetwo groups has significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: The degree and morbidity of brain atrophy of the diabeticgroup(including kidney group and non-kidney group) are significantly higherthan the control group, and kidney deficiency group’s degree and morbidityof brain atrophy is higher than non-kidney deficiency group. |
