Expelling Wind And Clearing Away Heat,Detoxification Treatment Clinical Study For Wind Heat Type Of Latent IgA Nephropathy

Objective:Through clinical observations expelling wind and clearing away heat, detoxification treatment efficacy for wind heat type of latent IgA nephropathy, and to explore its possible mechanism in the treatment of IgA nephropathy, Chinese medicine for the treatment of IgA nephropathy with new ideas.Methods:60patients with biopsy pathological diagnosis of IgA nephropathy syndrome of wind heat type, which were, in accordance with the principle of randomly divided into experimental group and control group two groups,30patients in each group. The symptomatic treatment of the two groups were given general, while the test group in the basic treatment plus Chinese medicine prescription IgA1treatment,4weeks for1courses,2courses of treatment. To observe the changes of the experiment group and the groups before and after treatment in the two groups of symptoms and signs and the changes of red blood cells in urine,24h urine protein quantity, blood neutrophil percentage, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen can index control. Results:In the experimental group after treatment, the total effective rate was90%, the control group after treatment, the total effective rate was66.7%, the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.05)). In infection control, experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of expelling wind and clearing away heat, detoxification effect in the treatment of wind heat and toxin relieving sore throat Yun IgA nephropathy significantly, in the total efficiency, improve the symptoms, reduce proteinuria, hematuria, infection control, were significantly better than the control group.
