Clinical Observation Based On Differentiating Primary Glomeralonephritis

Objective:To discuss the advantages of Chinese medicine in treatment ofhematuria by observing the change of indexes before and after thetreatment according to syndrome differentiaion for glomerular hematuria.Methods:47patients met the study inclusion criteria of glomerular hematuriawere diagnosticated according to the standard requirements and dosedchinese medicine once a day for12weeks.Before and after thetreatment,we inspected the changes of RBCs in urinary sediment,symptom,sign and TCM store and compare all the data between thesegroups. The data were analyzed by SPASS19.0software.Results:1. Before and and after treatment the number of RBCs in urinarysediment within one group has significant difference（p＜0.05）.2.After treatment,according to TCM score standards,the totaleffective rate was87.2%.The clinical syndrome could be amelioratedsignificantly.3. After treatment,according to Disease curative effect scorestandards,the total effective rate was89.4%. The curative effect wassignificant.Conclusion:Chinese medicine treatment according to syndrome differentiaionfor glomerular hematuria can reduce RBCs in urinary sediment obviouslyand the curative effect of chinese medicine treatment according tosyndrome differentiaion is significant through analysis with compare.
