Clinical Study Of Electroacupuncture Penetration Needling Of Endorphin Levels Of Substance P And β-primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

Objective To observe the clinic effect of electroacupuncturepenetration needling on primary trigeminal neuralgia patientsbate endorphin and substance P content,For penetration needl-ing acupuncture treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgiaanalgesic efficacy and mechanism of action of a preliminarystudy in order to better guide clinical practice.Methods Clinical observation of60cases PTN patients wererandomly devided into two control principle treatment group(EApenetration needling groups)and control group(drug group)30cases.The overall efficacy before and after treatment,symptomscores,pain improvement(VAS)integration,changeβ-EP and SPptasma levels before and after treatment.Result1.In the treatment group total effectiveness86.67%,significantly better than the control group73.33%,bothcompared with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Two groups of patients before and after treatment,plasma SPlevels were:81.67±9.06pg/ml、43.23±7.62pg/ml.The controlgroup were:84.22±7.68pg/ml、63.24±8.09pg/ml pg/ml;plasmaβ-EP levels before and after treatment group were:43.55±6.61pg/ml、80.19±10.33pg/ml. The control group were:41.03±6.04pg/ml、73.06±13.35pg/ml.Statistically,there was asignifi-cant differece(P<0.05).Description penetrationneedling acup-uncture treatment PTN patients relieve theirpain associated with SP,β-EP content.Conclusion1.The clinical symptoms of1needle penerationneedling can better improve the quality of life.And thattherapy has a high cure rate,a significant effect,etc.,withclinical value and clinical significance. 2.Penetrative needling acupuncture treatment of primarytrigeminal neuralgia,can reduce levels of plasma SP patient-s,and elevated β-EP content,the content has changed signify-cantly different(P<0.05),from the change in the plasma ofpatients with SP,content and relieve pain.3.Electrocupuncture penetration needling in the treatment ofPTN mechanism may be related to regulation of acupuncture onthe content of β-EP and SP.
