Analysis And Research Of Hospital Cost And Cost-effectiveness Analysis Of Insulin Intensive Treatment In Patients With Type2Diabetes

Object: This study through to the hospitalized Patients with type2diabetes of insulinintensive treatment in hospital cost composition and influence factor analysis, and through themethod of cost-effectiveness analysis compare CSII and MDI the merits of the two kinds ofimproved treatment, so as to clinical doctors choose economy, effective insulin intensivetreatment plan for reference.Methods: This study adopts the method of retrospective, collection of hospitalized patientswith type2diabetes medication, inspection, testing, and other related information, using twoindependent sample group design parameter and nonparametric test method of statisticalanalysis, the influence of the hospitalization expenses of analysis using multiple linearregression analysis. Two kinds of treatments of health economics evaluation using thecost-effectiveness ratio and sensitivity analysis.Results: Laboratory inspection fee is the highest proportion of hospitalized patients with type2diabetes who accepted insulin intensive treatment is32.36%, the proportion of the expensesfor medicine is29.4%;The influence factors of hospitalized patients with total cost andexpenses for medicine is age, hospitalization days, whether to have complications, andtreatment,The influence factors of laboratory inspection fee is hospitalization days andwhether there are complications,the influence factors of examination to whether there arecomplications and complications. The unit costs of the treatment group between CSII andMDI were6215.59yuan and5809.14yuan. The cost per1mmol/L FBG decreased of CSIItherapy group and MDI therapy amounted to1553.90and1056.21yuan respectively,the costper1percent point of treatment of efficient increased was118.84and232.37yuanrespectively,the cost per1mmol/L of average daily blood sugar levels decreased was651.53and658.63yuan respectively.The results of sensitivity analysis and before change theparameters is consistent, shows that the results of cost-effectiveness analysis is stable andreliable.Conclusion: Laboratory inspection fee,expenses for medicine and examination are majorcomponent of hospitalization for intensive treatment of type2diabetes.Diabetes-relatedcomplications is the main part of the above cost.Hospitalization cost impact factor is thepatient’s age, hospitalization days, if there are complications, and treatment.CSII relative toMDI therapy treatment has a better effect, is an effective, reasonable and economic treatment.
