The Study Of Effects Of Transcutaneous Electircal Acupoint Stimulation Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine On MCP-1, IL-6and Pregnancy Outcomes Of Patients Undergoing IVF-ET With EM

Objective:To investigate effects of transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation（TEAS） andXiaoyi Fang on MCP-1, IL-6and pregnancy outcomes of patients undergoing IVF-ETwith endometriosis (EM).Methods:We have90patients with EM, they are undergoing IVF-ET. They were divided into3groups, the control group (group A), the medicine group (group B) and the TEAS-medicinegroup(group C). There are25patients in group A,23in group B and25in group C. Nosignificant difference was found among the three groups of patients with general condition.In group A, we got serum and uterine endometrium of patients before IVF. In group B andC, we got serum and uterine endometrium of patients before and after treatment withmedicine and TEAS. We tested MCP-1and IL-6in serum and uterine endometrium,andinvestigated the effects of MCP-1and IL-6on EM and the influences of medicine andTEAS on immune system and pregnancy outcomes of patients.Results:1、It is omparable among general condition, MCP-1and IL-6before treatment in threegroups.2、 There are significant differences in MCP-1and IL-6of serum before and aftertreatment in group B and C.(MCP-1：P<0.05; IL-6：P<0.05).3、There are significant differences in MCP-1and IL-6of uterine endometrium beforeand after treatment in group A and C.(P<0.01). There are no significant differences inMCP-1and IL-6of uterine endometrium before and after treatment in group A and B.(p＞0.05).4、 It is significantly higher in the fertilization rate (P<0.01), the number of good quality embryos （P<0.05) and the clinical pregnancy rate （P<0.05) in group C comparedwith group A. It is higher in the fertilization rate, the number of good quality embryos andthe clinical pregnancy rate in group C compared with group B, but there is no significantdifference. No significant differences were found in fertilization rate among three groups.Conclusions:1、 Xiaoyi Fang and TEAS reduce the MCP-1and IL-6in patients with EM andimprove the immune environment of patients.2、The effctes about xiaoyifang and TEAS is better than xiaoyifang.3、Xiaoyi Fang and TEAS increase the fertilization rate, the number of good qualityembryos and the clinical pregnancy rate in patients with EM undergoing IVF-ET.
