Objective: Purpose of this study is to compare the effect difference of ZhiBaiGengAndecoction with Climen and Climen alone treating fire excess from yin deficiencymenopause syndrome, establish fire excess from yin deficiency menopause syndromecombine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment plan. by observing Clinicalefficacy of ZhiBaiGengAn decoction and Climen treating fire excess from yin deficiencymenopause syndrome, explore its action mechanism, provide the basis for popularizationand application.Methods: Screening of60patients with fire excess from yin deficiency menopausesyndrome, Were randomly divided into treatment group30cases: taking ZhiBaiGengAndecoction at the same time, taking Climen, treatment of three menstrual cycles. The controlgroup30cases: taking Climen treatment of three menstrual cycles. Observe two groupsafter three menstrual cycles of TCM symptom scores points, Kupperman score and serumlevels of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) is generated, thechange of estradiol (E2).Results:1.To compare the Clinical efficacy, the treatment group total effective ratewas93.33%, the control group total effective rate was70%, Comparison between theabove two way, X2=4.007, P=0.045<0.05, there is a statistics significance, The treatmentgroup was better than the control group.2.The traditional Chinese medicine syndromecurative effect comparison, the treatment group total effective rate was96.67%, the controlgroup total effective rate was73.33%. Comparison between the above two way, X2=4.242,P=0.039<0.05, there is a statistics significance, the treatment group was better than thecontrol group.3.After treatment group comparison: the treatment group and control group Kupperman,TCM symptoms integral was reduced, the difference has statistics significant(P<0.01), the comparison between groups, the difference has statistics significant (P<0.01).4.After treatment, the two groups of E2was higher, the difference has statistics significant(P<0.01). FSH and LH was reduced, the difference has statistics significant (P<0.01). E2iscompared between groups, the difference has statistics significant (P<0.01), there was nosignificant difference of FSH, LH (P>0.05).Conclusion: ZhiBaiGengAn decoction with Climen treating fire excess from yindeficiency menopause syndrome has significant curative effect, can significantly improvethe symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine, the effect from the overalladjustment of neural endocrine disorder, To provide an objective basis for the disease withtraditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment and further research, It isworth in clinical application.
