Based On Replenishing Qi And Spleen Method In The Treatment Of Type2Diabetes Gastroparesis System Evaluation And Mechanism Is Discussed In This Paper

Objective:To evaluate based on spleen and activing the efficacy and safety of type2diabetes gastroparesis,provide a basis for evidence-based in traditional Chinese medicinein the treatment of DGP.Methods:1.Determine the search keywords,by computer and manual retrieval, widelycollected from2004.01-2014.01published both at home and abroad to the Chinesemedicine yiqi spleen method in the treatment of type2diabetic gastroparesis.2.Accordingto include and exclude standards,screening of relevant research literature,choosingtreatment group using replenishing qi spleen method of traditional Chinese medicine andwestern medicine in clinical trials in the control group.3.According to the principle ofevidence-based medicine,making literature research questionnaires,extract relevantinformation,the literature research design and methodology,using strict evaluation andanalysis of the traditional Chinese medicine formula.4.Use Reman4.2Meta analysissoftware,from the clinical curative effect,the gastric emptying time,2h postprandial bloodglucose and the recurrence rate,drug safety analysis etc.,and verify the result ofstability,bias.5.Typical basis to collect clinical analysis was discussed,and further confirmed that Chinese medicine yiqi spleen method in the treatment of type2diabetesgastroparesis clinical curative effect.Results:In the methodological quality evaluation,the quality is generally not high.TheMeta analysis results show that the traditional Chinese medicine yiqi spleen method in thetreatment of patients with type2diabetes gastroparesis of comprehensive curativeeffect,shorten the gastric emptying time,control the recurrence rate,reduce the adversereaction,as well as obvious advantages.In terms of lowering blood sugar before and afterthe treatment has no obvious statistical significance compared with the western medicinecontrol group differences.Conclusion:Chinese medicine yiqi spleen method in the treatment of type2diabeticgastroparesis in the comprehensive curative effect,shorten the gastric emptying time,reducerecurrence has significant curative effect and adverse reactions.Treatment on the lowside,but as a result of this study include literature publication bias may exist,need largesample blinded randomized trials further confirmed.
