Objective:In order to measure PSA normal adult and knee osteoarthritis meidal tibial plateauslope angle postefior in China, access to the PSA, for total knee arthroplasty,providingtheoretical and practical reference for relevant parameters of tibia osteotomy and prosthesisdesign.Methods:In the present study, there are two designs: the case group and the bodies of the GroupManagement. Case group consists of two sub-groups: normal and osteoarthritis kneeosteoarthritis group.25(8male faces,17faces offemale, HSS score50-70points25ChinaSouthern adults) randomly selected osteoarthritis group.25normal knee (male25south inChinese adults without osteoarthritis15side, female10side) were randomly selected forthe lateral view X-ray of the knee normal group. Each get it arranged with Photoshopsoftware and PSA measurement medical tibial platform using ectomarrow reference (referto the anterior tibial conical plate tangential) and endomarrow reference (referenceintermediate tibia axis), in a random manner to the bodies chain medial tibial plateau ofeach sample of PSA selected in China Adults20non osteoanhritic cadavefic dry tibia (sex,age, residential area not known), and pivot means by means of a visual measurementmeans are associated with the reference and endomarrow ectomarrow incorporated well.Data are summarized as mean±standard deviations Effect the window procedure for theSPSS13.0statistical analysis. Independent sample t-test and one-factor factorial and linearregression/curve estimation applied to analyze cases and corpses group. Statisticalsignificance set at P<0.05.Results:(1) In case group,with ectomarrow reference,the meidal tibial plateau PSA was14.05°±3.58°, normal group was14.17°±3.31°, arthritic group was15.33°±3.67°,there was no significant difference between these two group (P>0.05). However, withendo-marrow reference,the meidal tibial plateau PSA was11.78°±3.12°,normal groupwas10.91°±2.61°,arthritic group was12.78°±3.33°. There was significant differencebetween these two group(P<0.05). There was strong correlation between ectomarrowreference and endomarrow reference(P<0.001)in normal group and there was nosignificant correlation between these two references in arthritic group(P>0.05).(2) In cadaver group,there were no significant difference between the visual groupand the X-ray group(P>0.05).Tow references had significant differences in these twogroups(P<0.05).(3) Group of patients and specimens medial tibial plateau PSA extramedullary andintramedullary reference reference no statistically significant difference compared(P>0.05).Conclusion:There was no significant difference of the medial tibial plateau PSA between thenormal knees and the specimens knees of adults in China.PSA of normal knee jointmedial tibial plateau measured values, extramedullary reference with intramedullaryreference, there is a significant correlation between it. Therefore, in before arthroplastyprosthesis design or tibial plateau PSA is a carefully considered factors.
