| ObjectiveWe will detect the expression of Livin and Beclin1in Ovarian endometriosis (Ovarianendometriosis) patients which includs in endometrial tissue, ectopic endometrium tissueand normal endometrium tissue. We will also analysis the differences and correlationbetween Livin and Beclin1which expressed in each group, in order to further explore therole of Livin and Beclin1in Ovarian endometriosis mechanism and open up a newapproach to the clinical treatment of Ovarian endometriosis.MethodsBy using immunohistochemical staining method to detect the expression of Livin,Beclin1in patients with ovarian endometriosis which includs in ectopic, ectopicendometrium and normal endometrium. The above factors is analyzed by applyingSPSS13.0software for statistical processing, the data obtained by chi-square test andFisher’s exact probability method and rank correlation analysis on the statistical analysis,inspection as the standard with alpha=0.05, P <0.05, with statistical significance.Results1. The positive expression rates of Livin in the experimental group are higher than thecontrol group of normal endometrium (P <0.05), Their rates in the control group ofnormal endometrium, and in eutopic, ectopic endometrium tissues of experimental groupare18.75%(9/48),60.00%(27/45),86.67%(39/45), respectively, is on the rise. Livin inthe experimental group in ectopic positive expression rate is higher than the control groupof normal endometrium (P <0.05) in the experimental group the positive expression rateof ectopic endometrium is higher than in endometrium and the control group of normalendometrium (P <0.05).Livin in the experimental group in ectopic, ectopic endometriumhyperplasia and secretory expression had no difference (P>0.05).2. The positive expression rates of Beclin1in experimental groups are higher than thenormal endometrium of control group (P>0.05), Their rates in the normal endometrium of control group, and in eutopic, ectopic endometrium tissues of the experimental group are83.33%(40/48),48.89%(22/45),17.78%(8/45),respectively, with a downward trend.Beclin in in ectopic positive expression rate lower than that of normal endometrium(P<0.05), and Beclin1in ectopic endometrium of positive expression rate is lower than inectopic and normal endometrium (P<0.05). Beclin1in the experimental group hyperplasiaperiod with no statistically significant difference were observed in the secretory expression(P>0.05). In secretory expression is higher than in normal endometrium tissuesproliferation phase (P<0.05).3. The positive expression rates of Livin in eutopic, ectopic endometrium tissues ofâ…¢-â…£ period were higher thanâ… -â…¡ period, P <0.05, the difference was statisticallysignificant; Protein of Beclin1expression rates in â…¢-â…£ period were lower than that ofâ… -â…¡ period, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant.4. The expression of Livin and Beclin1was found to be inversely associated witheach other in ovarian endometriosis.Conclusion1. Livin positive expression in eutopic endometrium and ectopic endometrium ofovarian endometriosis of the rate is higher than the expression in normal endometrium,Beclin1in the ovarian endometriosis eutopic endometrium, ectopic endometrial tissueswith low expression. The expression of Beclin1and Livin in ovarian endometriosis hasclosely related to clinical stage.2. In ovarian endometriosis, the expression of Beclin1and Livin has nothing to dowith different period of menstrual cycle.3. The expression of Livin has negative related to the expression of Beclin1in ovarianendometriosis, the two factors play an important role in the proliferation and apoptosis ofovarian endometriosis. |
