These medicines with inferior quality circulating on the market, not only interfere with the normal market order, but also affect the people’s health. Recently, the methods and channels used by counterfeiters are becoming more sophisticated, making detection hard,from traditional means of fraud to modern high-tech means in line with the drug quality standard. The adulterant identification is more and more difficult, and the requirement of adulterant identification is higher and higher. So the research of accurate rapid identification method about metoprolol tartrate tablets has important practical significance.Near infrared spectral analysis technology (near-infrared spectroscopy, NIRS) is a kind of qualitative and quantitative analysis technique, determining the characteristic spectrum in the Near infrared spectrum and extracting the useful information by chemometrics method. Near-infrared spectroscopy would be occurred when there was absorption due to overtone and combination bands from fundamental molecules vibrations correspond mainly to C-H,N-H,O-H and S-H groups in compound. Near-infrared spectroscopy, as a nondestructive testing technology, has characteristics of fast and efficient, green environmental,multicomponent detection at the same time, and convenient on-line analysis, etc. It has been increasingly used in the chemical industry, the pharmaceutical industry, the food industry, agriculture and so on. In the field of pharmacy, near-infrared spectroscopy can be used for Chinese herbal origin analysis,.rapid detection of preparations and online quality control, etc. The Chinese pharmacopoeia2010edition appendix has contained the guiding principle of near infrared spectrophotometry.Near-infrared spectroscopy has made rapid development, in drug qualitative discrimination. It is able to quickly and accurately identify counterfeit medicines and inferior quality medicines. Applying the near-infrared spectroscopy, we carry out the research of The metoprolol tartrate tablets coming from four different manufacturers of66batches, and it can tell us if these samples were true and false and which manufacturers are they from. Specimens have been taken by there ways and then tests are conducted. Through the selection of spectral preprocessing methods and parameters, the choice for modeling spectral range, the best modeling results are obtained. Confusion matrix and accuracy and negative ratio of the model suggest that three sampling methods are all effective. Experimental results confirm that it is feasible to identify the metoprolol tartrate tablets by the near-infrared spectroscopy. It offers a new way for identification of it.The experimental results show that the model has high accuracy, the prediction result also has high accuracy. After correction, the model can be used for manufacturer identification. This has important practical significance for the rapid screening. |
