Patients were implemented either total intravenous anesthesia combined with intravenous analgesia(group â… )or general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and post-op epidural analgesia(groupâ…¡).Changes of T cell subsets (CD3+ã€CD4+ã€CD8+ã€CD4+/CD8+) and NK cell function were compared within72h after surgery.Results:1.Except for the increase of CD8+(P<0.01), postoperative CD3+,CD4+and NK cell were decreased (P<0.05) in both groups.2.At72h after surgery, the changes were recovered to the pre-op level in group II but not in group â… 3. There is a significant difference in CD3+ã€CD8+and CD4+/CD8+in the72h after the operation between group â… and group â…¡ (P<0.05) Conclusion:The immune function after lung cancer surgery was less suppressed and recovered earlier in patients who had general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and post-op epidural analgesia. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Anesthesia, General, Analgesia, Epidural, Immunity, cellular | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
