A Study Of Surgery And Assisted Reproduction Treatment Of Ovarian Endometriomas And Diminished Ovarian Reserve

Purpose:To investigate the effect of assisted reproduction treatment after drainage and electrocoagulation of the endometrioma wall in the infertile patients with ovarian endometriomas and Diminished ovarian reserve.Methods:Choose the infertile patients in reproductive center of Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital College Of Medicine Zhejiang University from February2010to June2013. We put the patients with ovarian endometriomas and Diminished ovarian reserve into the experimental group. The infertile patients that diagnosed as endometriomas after laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy during January2006to December2010and normal ovarian reserve are control group members.Results:Experimental group of42cases, FSH9.41±4.21IU/L, E251.78±26.96ng/L,while the control group,113cases of patients, FSH, E2were7.86±2.58IU/L and43.42±21.28ng/L, FSH and E2had the significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). The eggs number and embryos number in experimental group were 5.49±3.72and3.30±2.52, while in the control group were6.80±6.80and6.80±3.45, the eggs number and embryos number had the significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).The fertilization rate and good oocytes rate were60.26%,42.37%in the experimental group, and64.65%,43.37%in controls.They had no differences between the two groups (P>0.05).The pregnancy rate of the experimental group was40%, while the pregnancy rate of the controls was45.13%, there was no differences between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Drainage and electrocoagulation of the endometrioma wall before Assisted reproduction treatment is effective.It can reduce the influence on ovarian function.
