| Objective: Using porcine pancreatic elastase production induced by partialdigestion characteristics similar to the human intracranial aneurysms of carotidfusiform aneurysm model in rabbits. observation on the morphological changes of thefusiform aneurysm model and early pathologic change, to investigate the mechanismfusiform aneurysms, looking for a new starting point for the treatment of fusiformaneurysm.Methods: Application of simple operation method combined with porcinepancreatic elastase digestion of rabbit carotid artery right local manufacture fusiformaneurysm model, changes of7D,14d,21d respectively for DSA detection, HE staining,elastic fiber staining was observed on the fusiform aneurysm model radiographicstudies and histological changes.Results:①DSA angiography showed normal controls blood vessel diameter(1.64±0.17mm); vessel diameter saline control group(1.66±0.24mm);7d length todiameter of aneurysm were(19.33±1.65mm), width(2.86±0.21mm);14d length todiameter of aneurysm were(19.66±1.18mm), width((3.95±0.54mm);21d length todiameter of aneurysm were(19.84±0.82mm), width(4.03±0.95mm).②HE stainingwas observed in the fusiform aneurysm7d loss of normal vascular structure of thevessel wall, the surface is uneven, made up of less component of outer membraneconnective tissue cells, medial smooth muscle disorder that structure, cell morphologydistortions;14d fusiform aneurysm wall mild hyperplasia, endometrial smoother,ministry of thin artery aneurysm, made up of little cell composition of the outermembrane, endometrial tumor along the aneurysm neck border mild hyperplasia,mainly for the composition of collagen, no endothelial-like structure;21d fusiform aneurysm wall marked hyperplasia, lining is smooth and complete, the body of intimalhyperplasia aneurysm significantly and tended to be stable, the organization is loose,containing more smooth muscle cells and collagen.③Elastic fiber staining showedfusiform aneurysm model of elastic layer7d obviously thinning, the remaining part ofthe wall aneurysm rupture elastic fibers,14d fusiform aneurysm model normal vascularaneurysm at the junction with the gradual thinning of descemet,21d fusiform aneurysmmodel from normal vascular aneurysm from the junction with the beginning of theelastic layer is basically stable.Conclusion: Using a simple surgical procedures associated porcine pancreaticelastase digestion local vascular wall, can establish a fusiform aneurysm morphologyof intracranial aneurysms with people of similar model, and aneurysm model withhistologically similar intracranial aneurysms. |
