| The tension of spectrum would make the applications of cognitive radio boom in the near future. As cognitive radio improves the efficiency of the spectrum utility, it makes sense to discuss the realization of this theory.Meanwhile, with the informatization. of medical industry, the research of the telemedicine has been a hotspotfor years, and it could meet the dilemma due to the spectrum tension.This paper discusses the expansion of SimpliciTI, which is a wireless sensor network launched by Texas Instrument, based on the theory of cognitive radio, aiming to implement a practical protocol of cognitive wireless sensor network. On the other hand, a signal acquisition, processing and transmission equipment is designed to support the cognitive radio network.The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows:Firstly, it establishes the simulation models of the Half-voting-rule cooperative spectrum sensing, proving that the Half-voting-rule performs better than other central cooperative spectrum in most circumstances.
