Milrinone Index Of Cardiac Function In Patients With Heart Failure And The Effects Of RAAS

Objective: to study the Milrinone index of cardiac function inpatients with heart failure and RAAS system。Methods: randomly selected from October2012to October2014，duringthe fellowship in jilin university hospital cardiovascular internalmedicine，88patients with heart failure，were randomly divided intocontrol group and observation group，each group of44cases，controlgroup given strong heart，diuresis and expand blood vessels and otherdrugs，observation group on the basis of routine therapy plus forcerice farmers intravenous，course of treatment for10days，comparedthe two groups after treatment of left ventricular end-diastolicdiameter (LVEDD)，left ventricular contraction at the end of theinner diameter (LVESD)，left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)，left ventricular contraction at the end of the volume(LVESV)，left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)，per minuteoutput (CO)，stroke output ratio (SV)，EA，n-terminal serum brainnatriuretic peptide precursor (NT-PROBNP)，renin-angiotensinaldosterone system (RAAS)，QTd and QTcd，changes in heart ratevariability。Data entry SPSS17.0software for processing, usingcount data, measurement data take two sample mean t test. Results:1. Compared with the control group and observation groupafter treatment in patients with LVEDD, LVESD, LVEDV, LVESV, LVEFimproved, but P>0.05, no statistical significance.2. Compared with the control group and observation group aftertreatment in patients with CO, SV, E/A than conventional treatmentgroup improved significantly, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).3. Compared with the control group and observation group of patientsafter treatment, serum NT-PROBNP and RAAS levels drop, thedifference was statistically significant (P <0.05).4. Compared with the control group and observation group aftertreatment in patients with QTd and QTcd markedly shortened,increased heart rate variability (P <0.05).Conclusion: In conventional treatment of heart failure basically,short-term application of rice farmers with no serious adversereaction, and can obviously improve clinical cardiac functionindexes in patients with heart failure, inhibit the activity ofRAAS。...
