| Objective:To observe the effect of medical research in the powder (sanshensan,SSS)in treatment of vascular dementia(lunar Vascular Dementia, VD)the clinical curative effect and the security.Methods:Clinical choose the criteria of Taiyin persons in patients with vascular dementia in 42 cases, in The community health service center of TCM rehebilitation clinic and Rehebilitation training from 2014 January to 2015 January, the TCM syndrome differentiation of phlegm. syndrome. Were randomly divided into the treatment group and the controlgroup with 21 cases in each group. The control group with Rehabilitation treatment, 0.8g/time,3times/day;treatment group adopted towards the medical powder treatment,the lunar to medicine:Grassleaf weetfalg Rhizome 5g, Polygala root 5g, Drgon’s bone 5g,3. Og/time,2 times/day. Continuous treatment for 3 months,the main observation of the patient’s cognitive ability, behavior ability of MMSE BBS, the ability of daily life of the change of ADL score and the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine to improve the situation, carries on the statistical analysis, to evaluate the effectiv-eness of drugs. The drug during the trial, patients stop taking any other drugs in the treatment of vascular dementia.Results:(1)After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was 86%, control group total effective rate was 62%, in chine medine. the difference between the two groups was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05);(2)After 3 months of treatment, the treatment group before and after treatment with MMSE,the BBS scores have significant difference(P< 0.01);the control group before and after treatment MMSE.BBS score was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of ADL score before and after treatment in two groups, there was statistically significant (P< 0.05).(3)After 3 months of treatment, the curative effect comparison of MMSE score before and after treatment in two groups, the effective rate of treatment group was 90.5%, the control group was 76.2%;the curative of BBS score of two groups before and after treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 81%, the effective rate of control group was 57.1%. Statistical analysis showed no significant difference(P>0.05),may be related to small sample size of a relationship, But the effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Comparison of efficacy of ADL score before and after treatment in two groups, the effective rate of treatment group was 52.4%, the control group was 47.6%, by statistical analysis showed no significant difference between two groups of curative effect.(4)After 3 months of treatment, compare the clinical syndromes of TCM,in the treatment group decreased intelligence,have no mind,personality changes, such as wrapped head, look dull, heavy cumbersome limbs, incont-Inence symptoms than the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01);the total score after treatment in treatment group and the control with significant difference(P<0.01),the treatment group than the control group.(5)Safety evaluation:two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood, urine routine,liver and kidney function, have no obvious change, no significant difference(P>0.05);the treatment group after treatment compared with the control group, urine routine, blood lipids, liver and kidney function, also had no obvious change.no significant difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:In the medicine powder loss, patients in improving intellig- ence, personality changes, have no headwrap, look dull, heaviness, tightness in the chest is not hungry, incontinence of urine and blood pressure lowering effect, through this study suggests that the powder in the treatment of vascular dementia with Taiyin personscurative effect is accurate, can improve the quality of life of patients with vascular dementia, and is safe and reliable, non-toxic side effects. And compare the curative effect of control group piracetam, highlighting the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment. |
