ObjectiveImpaired Glucose Regulation is also known as pre-diabetes. With the constant improvement of the economic level and the people’s quality of life, the bad life style which is high-fat diets or lack of exercise and so on, also be one of the threat factors of the type 2 diabetes incidence.Diabetes is not a simple disease, once developed, will not only follow the life, but the corresponding complications also pose a threat to our health. Bad control of blood glucose is the main factor of a high incidence of diabetes. Based on the above background, this study mainly discusses the effect evaluation on a low-carbohydrate diet intervention on the women with Impaired Glucose Regulation. Monitor ing of low carbohydrate nutrition in the treatment of Impaired Glucose Regulation blood glucose, blood lipids and comprehensive level of physical fitness. Evaluation of dietary intervention program for Impaired Glucose Regulation crowd the influence of body weight and blood biochemical indexes.MethodsRandom recruit subjects who are the conform to the standards in the Community near the Shanghai university of sports, strict screening finally confirmed 30 subjects were involved in this experiment..Before the trial, subjects take medical comprehensive physical examination and body composition exercise capacity load check, guarantee the health situation to the completion of normal experiment; Including the blood indexes which are the fasting plasma glucose(OGTT), triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and so on; Body shape indexes such as weight, body fat rate and bone mineral density; As well as the systolic pressure, the diastolic pressure, bench test and other cardiovascular evaluation test; The subjects dietary nutrition structure analysis guidance, etc. Randomly divided into two groups: thedietary group and the control group. Baseline test results show that all the indexes were not signif icant difference in statistics between the control group and experimental group.Dietary group of subjects for a six-month personalized low-carbon lunch intervention.and uninterrupted regular ly carry out propaganda education in dietary groups so as to achieve the aim of can improve their diet. By using 24 h dietary review face to face directly ask participants to record their diet for three consecutive days. Through dietary record and photos to monitor and compare the subjects’ diet structure and convenient experimenters to guide its level. Star of nutrition software was used to assess the subjects nutrition intake per day, the three major nutrients energy ratio and proportion of fatty acids. Six months after the intervention, and then to test again the two groups of participants’ blood, body composition and cardiovascular indexes. Experimental data used matching T test and independent T test, test dietary group and control group differences and differences between groups of lateral index.Results1) After the intervention, the 2h PG,Hb A1 c of the experimental group signif icantly decreased(p<0.05); TC,TG and LDL-C significantly decreased(p<0.05); 2) The experimental group‘s weight and BMI significantly decreased(P < 0.05), and body composition measurement overall showed a trend of improvement; 3) After the intervention, the experimental group the systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure improved signif icantly(P < 0.05), cardiovascular evaluation by the bench test and the two-kilometer away index showed a trend of improvement; 4) After the intervention, the dietary structure and the nutrition intake of the exper imental group are becoming consummate; Protein, Dietary fiber, Calcium intake significantly increased(P < 0.05), carbohydrates, FAT, cholesterol intake decreased(P < 0.05); 5) after the intervention, the exper imental group subjects’ dietary fatty acid ratio showed a trend of improvement; SFA intake decreased signif icantly(P < 0.05); MUFA intake increased signif icantly;Conclusion1) The low-carbohydrate diet intervention improved the glycemic control state of impaired glucose regulation people greatly. 2) The low-carbohydrate diet can decrease the body weight, body fat rate of impaired glucose regulation people and increase the basal metabolic rate. I 3) The low-carbohydrate diet will reduce obesity and diabetes risk factors, improve cardiopulmonary function.; 4) It is helpful for the improvement of the subjects’ physical condition and prevent the occurrence of type 2 diabetes, improve the life quality of this crowd; 5) In addition, it is also help participants develop good eating h abits. The low carbohydrate diet has nutritional value and it is an effective nutritional interventions for defense the type 2 diabetes mellitus.
