Clinical Research On Method Of Invigorating The Kidney And Regulating Menstruation Cycles-combing Low Dose Estrogen-progestogen Sequential Therapy For Anovulatory Emmeniopathy

Objective:According the clinical curative effect of invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles-combing low dose estrogen-progestogen sequential therapy for Anovulatory emmeniopathy, to study its mechanism of action, provide a scientific basis for further clinical popularization and provide new way for treatment.Method:30 cases who conform to the standard-ovulation obstructive infertility of Kidney deficiency type are observed two course of treatment treated by invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles-combing low dose estrogen-progestogen sequential therapy. Observe the ovulation rate,the change of menstrual cycle,the changes of largest follicle diameter and endometrial thickness. It also must be observed such as sex hormone (T, E2, LH, FSH, PRL, P),basic body temperature (BBT) and the curative effect of menstrual symptoms after treatment. It will be confirmed effective with the clinical efficacy by invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles-combing low dose estrogen-progestogen sequential therapy for Anovulatory emmeniopathy.Results:Studies show that the effective rate is 46.7%, total effective rate is 80%,86.7percent of patient return to normal menstrual cycle by invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles-combing low dose estrogen-progestogen sequential therapy for Anovulatory emmeniopathy. The levels E2 and P were clearly increased and T and PRL were obviously reduced after treatment.FSH decreased from 7.43±1.34 mIU/mL to 5.54±0.64 mIU/mL,so as LH from 9.19±4.44 mIU/mL to 6.56±0.89 mIU/mL(P< 0.05).The endometrial thickness and the follicle diameter were increased after treatment.The clinical symptoms of emmeniopathy got obviously improvement.Conclusion:It has acquired the good curative effect by invigorating the kidney and regulating menstruation cycles-combing low dose estrogen-progestogen sequential therapy for Anovulatory emmeniopathy.80percent of patient have ovulated during the treatment.86.7percent of patient recover normal menstrual cycle after treatment. The therapy can improve the patient’s clinical symptoms. There is no side effects with estrogen-progestogen in low dose in the clinic.It is safe and worth research and extension in the treatment of ovulation obstructive emmeniopathy.
