Objective:To observe the urea solution of department of gynaecology kind of combini traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Ureaplasma urealyticum infection clinical curative effect, discuss the related mechanism.Methods:From October 2013 to May 2014, Pizhou Hospital obstetrics and gynecolo outpatient and the inpatient extraction solution Ureaplasma urealyticum infection in 100 cases department of ureagynaecology, were randomly divided into treatment group and control gro 50 cases each. Control group simply choose to add the effect of capsule for internal a treatment. Treatment group on the basis of the control drug, added to use the medicine inten and treatment. Two groups of treatment 1 course of 14 days. Continuous administration 3 peri of treatment. Respectively in each period of treatment for patients after menstruation, systen symptom, vaginal inflammation, such as to improve the situation.Results:Through the clinical symptoms and rating scale and other indexes of two groups patients before and after treatment of analysis found that:the two groups showed significa difference before and after treatment (P<0.05). Treatment group compared with control groi the results for the difference is significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In treating gynecological solution urea Ureaplasma urealyticum infecti< combine traditional Chinese and western medicine curative effect is better than that of or western medicine group. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine is applied to 1 solution of department of gynaecology urea Ureaplasma urealyticum infection treatme curative effect, has widely applied clinical value.
