| Objective:To explore the related factors of Parkinson’s patients with anxiety disorders.Methods:81 PD patients were collected and divided into anxiety group and non-anxiety group according to the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale, more than 14 points into anxiety disorders, less than 14 points into non-anxiety disorders; We collect the information of two groups patients, including whether to use LD drugs, presence of complications, nerve mental symptoms(such as depression, indifference, hallucinations, delusions), autonomic nerve dysfunction (such as daytime salivate, difficulty swallowing, vertigo, orthostatic dizziness, constipation), Sleep disorders (sleep difficulties, drowsiness) and sensory symptoms (smell taste disorders, pain),and a comparison study was conducted by using related motor symptoms scales(such as Hoehn-Yahrã€UPDRS-â…¢) and not motor symptoms scales (such as MMSEã€PSQI〠ESSã€FS-14ã€HAMDã€UPDRS-â… ), which Of two groups of scale evaluation results were analyzed.Using univariate logistic regression to analyse the above factors, and selecting the factors with the P<0.05 for the non-conditional logistic regression analysis, to look for the factors associated with Parkinson’s patients with anxiety disorders.Results:39.5% of PD patients were accompanied by anxiety. Results of motor symptoms and movement complications in the two groups were as followed: Hoehn--Yahr (H-Y) Staging:2.14±0.61 vs 1.38±0.69, UPDRS-â…¢: 28.09±4.69vs21.98±7.34,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Results of levodopa utilization in the two groups were as followed:75%vs44.90%,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidences of dyskinesia were 15.63% vs 6.12%,and there were no significant differences(P>0.05).The incidences of dizziness, pain, apathy, depression, positional vertigo, daytime somnolence and insomnia in anxiety group were higher than that in non-anxiety group, and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Results of not motor symptoms in anxiety group and non-anxiety group were as followed:UPDRS-I:5.84±2.3vs3.16±1.37, HAMD:18.59±6.72vs8.28±2.88,PSQI:15.22±2.92vsl1.86±4.03,ESS:9.09±2.48vs7.3 9±2.68, and there were significant differences (P<0.05).The scores of MMSE,FS-14 in two groups were:25.87±4.27 vs 26.97±2.98,10.25±1.44 vs 9.80±1.71, and there were no significant differences (P>0.05).Used non-conditional logistic regression to analyse the above factors and found that the depression, H-Y classification, UPDRS-â…¢, indifference are related in the Parkinson’s patients with anxiety disorders,in which indifference is protective factor(β<0)and course of disease, depression, H-Y classification, UPDRS-â…¢ are risk factors(β>0).Conclusions:The depression, motor symptoms, severity of the movement disorders, indifference are related in the Parkinson’s patients with anxiety disorders,in which indifference is protective factor(β<0)and course of disease, depression, motor symptoms, severity of the movement disorders are risk factors(β>0). |
